QC/Technical Support
We use the best quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA in the production processes and advanced inspection equipments to ensure defect-free products. We have a comprehensive training program for our QC staff and production personnel to improve their skills and abilities. To ensure quality products, we manage QC to ISO9001:2000 and ISO/ TS16949: 2002 standards.
Procedures/testing Details
All materials are inspected by IQC. Finished goods are checked through IPQC and FQC. Just before delivery, samples are checked based on MIL-STD-105E guidelines.
