On the evening of February 12, 2026, AUDIOWELL hosted its 2025 Advanced Recognition & 2026 New Year Spring Gala, themed "Happy New Year, Walking with Love." At the event, Mr. Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of the company, delivered an inspiring address centered on the concept of "The Power of Belief." He stated that recognizing outstanding colleagues is precisely about honoring the idea of "believing in the power of belief"—not relying on a savior, but using our own hands to turn the creed of "being a good person and making good products" into reality. Faith is the compass, but action is the answer.
Believing in the Power of Belief
"If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?" This is a famous line from the great English poet Shelley. He longed for the bright sunshine of spring, and he believed in the natural law that spring would inevitably follow winter.
I also believe that by planting the seeds of wisdom in fertile soil during spring, and watering them with diligent effort, we will surely see brilliant flowers bloom in summer and reap a bountiful harvest in autumn! Because I believe, I have been putting this belief into practice for decades.

We have continuously cultivated and innovated! I am honored to work alongside everyone, facing challenges together and successfully navigating through 2025. Despite our best efforts, not everything goes as planned. I prefer not to use the external environment as an excuse, as it always has both favorable and unfavorable aspects. What is encouraging is that we have made expected progress in key areas: breakthroughs in R&D for key projects, ensuring delivery for strategic customers, upgrading the company's digital management, and advancing major company infrastructure projects! This means we have taken a solid step forward! We carry this hope into the newly begun 2026, and we look forward to overcoming our shortcomings through the joint efforts of all colleagues, using excellent and creative work to achieve rich rewards in the future!
