Haptic feedback actuator

Haptic feedback actuator make use of the positive and negative piezoelectric effects of piezoelectric ceramics. When the driving voltage is loaded to it, the ceramic will produce mechanical deformation, so it causes vibration. It consists of piezoelectric ceramic and metal substrate.
