MEMS ultrasonic sensors are a new type of sensor that combines MEMS technology with ultrasonic technology. They use micro-machining processes to convert electrical energy into acoustic energy and vice versa, and feature miniaturisation and low power consumption, providing more flexible solutions for consumer electronics and industrial applications.
