From June 9 to 11, 2026, SENSOR+TEST – one of the world’s most influential events in the sensor and measurement testing industry – will be held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. As a leading provider of smart sensors and solutions, AUDIOWELL will present its self-developed lead-free flow transducer at Booth 1-521.

Environment First: Self-Developed Lead-Free Piezoelectric Ceramic Material
Against the backdrop of increasingly stringent global environmental regulations, AUDIOWELL actively responds to the call for green manufacturing and has successfully developed a new leadfree piezoelectric ceramic material. This material completely replaces the lead component in traditional piezoelectric ceramics, enabling the leadfree flow transducer to comply with the most advanced international environmental standards. It provides solid product compliance assurance for customers targeting markets in the EU and other regions with high environmental requirements.
Precise Sensing: 2 MHz High-Frequency Ultrasonic Measurement
The transducer operates at a frequency of 2 MHz and is based on the ultrasonic transittime difference principle, enabling highaccuracy flow measurement of water and other low-viscosity liquids. The highfrequency signal ensures excellent resolution and stability, maintaining sensitive and reliable sensing performance even under microflow conditions.
Robust and Durable: Long-Term Water Pressure Resistance up to 2.5 MPa
Addressing the pressurised liquid environments commonly found in industrial and civil applications, AUDIOWELL has designed the leadfree flow transducer with a rugged mechanical structure. It offers longterm water pressure resistance up to 2.5 MPa, enabling stable operation in a variety of high-pressure scenarios such as water heaters, heat pumps, water meters, and industrial cooling systems – extending product service life and reducing maintenance costs.
Wide Range of Applications
The transducer is suitable for smart water meters, instant water heaters, wallhung boilers, water purification equipment, medical analytical instruments, and industrial fluid monitoring, helping customers achieve more environmentally friendly, accurate, and reliable liquid flow measurement.
