Working principle of Micro Piezo Air Pump
Micro Piezo Air Pump consists of piezoelectric vibrator, pump valve and pump body, there is no motor, no rotating parts, piezoelectric vibrator for its power drive source, driven by AC power, piezoelectric vibrator radial shortening or lengthening under the action of the electric field, and at the same time drive the elasticity of the substrate bending and deformation, so as to change the volume of the pump cavity. Piezoelectric vibrator positive bending (that is, piezoelectric vibrator elongation), the pump cavity volume increases, the pressure inside the cavity decreases, the gas flows into the pump cavity; when the piezoelectric vibrator reverse bending (that is, the piezoelectric vibrator contraction), the pump cavity volume decreases, the pressure inside the cavity increases, the gas is squeezed out of the pump cavity, thus forming a gentle continuous gas flow direction.
