On the evening of September 27, 2025, Audiowell held its 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival Gala under the theme "Joyful Autumn, Progressing with Love." The event adopted a hybrid online and offline format, transcending geographical limitations to celebrate the festival with colleagues from various locations. At the gala, Mr. Zhang Shuguang, Chairman of the company, delivered a passionate speech using AI as a starting point, encouraging all employees to maintain a learning mindset, embrace technology, coexist with AI, and empower AI.

Good evening!
Tonight, we enjoyed a special choral performance by the "All-Star Choir." What were your impressions? Frankly, I wouldn't describe it as exceptionally melodious, yet it achieved a level of coordination that a few of us, even after ten rehearsals, might struggle to reach – because it was a choral work synthesized by AI technology, using voice samples collected from each of us. This technology has created a performance ceiling for our "All-Star Choir."
While the artistic beauty may have room for improvement, it vividly demonstrates the new possibilities brought by technology: it expands our living space and extends our capabilities. Even if we remain "tone-deaf," we can sing in rhythm and keep time with technological assistance. This small example is a vivid microcosm of technology empowering human capabilities – it enables us to accomplish things we previously found difficult, or even deemed impossible.
Creating a Better Life
So, what does Audiowell actually do? We are committed to researching, developing, and manufacturing various sensors, actuators, and even complete modules. These products are widely used in various scenarios involving strong artificial intelligence (Strong AI) and are key components enabling AI to realize its powerful functions.
Why do we dedicate ourselves to this? The goal is to make life more convenient and safer. In a nutshell: To create a better life through innovative and secure technology.
Looking back on Audiowell's 26-year journey, we have gradually built profound technological expertise and manufacturing capabilities. From fundamental material research and development and preparation to precise processing techniques; from electronic assembly and precision injection molding to the packaging and testing of various components, the system integration of complete machines, the development of embedded software, and even into the field of microelectronics manufacturing – we have established a full-chain technological system. While the technology content is increasingly high, this does not mean the path ahead becomes easier.
Achieving Excellence Through Technology
While providing key components to customers and empowering AI across industries, we are also deeply reflecting on our own manufacturing processes: Is the technological content of our production methods high enough?
The answer is yes.
The era presents new requirements. Therefore, we must efficiently utilize technological means to achieve high-efficiency, high-quality production manufacturing; this is the foundation of "making good products." Technological progress presents new tasks for all enterprises and individuals: how to quickly adapt and master it.
Embracing Change, Continuous Learning
In the face of the technological tide, how do we maintain and enhance our ability to survive and develop? I believe two points are crucial.
First, technology is a tool, designed to empower people and create better life and work experiences. Audiowell's introduction of AI and robotic technology into management and production aims precisely to make work safer, more efficient, and easier – just as the AI choir allowed us to experience the beauty of collaboration, not replacement. Technology should become our capable assistant.
Second, continuously learning new skills is a fair requirement the era places on everyone. Changing habits inevitably brings pressure, but this pressure is unavoidable for anyone. However, the world's development will not stop for anyone. If an individual chooses not to learn, the result is inevitably falling behind and ultimately being eliminated. The same holds true for enterprises. Therefore, I particularly encourage everyone here to learn proactively, actively adjust your mindset, and strive to retain and enhance the ability to create value for customers in this new era.
A New Interpretation of "Be Good People, Make Good Products"
Colleagues, we strive to create a better life. We craft high-quality products with technological craftsmanship. We must also actively adapt to the future with an open mindset.
Therefore, in this new era, facing new technologies and new environments, we need to redefine and practice our corporate philosophy: "Be Good People, Make Good Products, Create a Better Life Together." This is not merely a simple textual interpretation; I hope it becomes a shared code of conduct for all of us.
