Effective immediately, the stock code of Audiowell will be officially changed from 832491 to 920491.
In accordance with the "Notice on the Launch of Stock Code Switching for Existing Listed Companies on the Beijing Stock Exchange" issued by the Beijing Stock Exchange, all existing listed companies on the Beijing Stock Exchange will uniformly commence using new securities codes starting from October 9, 2025.
The Company's securities code is hereby officially changed from the original "832491" to "920491". From the effective date of the switch, investors must use the new securities code for stock trading orders, market data inquiries, and related business operations.
The mapping relationship between the old and new securities codes can be queried through the "Services - Old and New Code Comparison Table" section on the official website of the Beijing Stock Exchange. Investors and all participating entities are kindly advised to take note.
