Improving the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic water meters
Compared with similar competitive products on the market, AUDIOWELL’ ultrasonic flow transducer has more stable electrical performance and stronger pressure resistance. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast reaching the peak value and easier signal processing, which helps to improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic water meter, and provides a more competitive hardware basis for the iterative upgrade of ultrasonic intelligent water meter.
Stable electrical performance and high pressure resistance ability
In the case of zero flow, AUDIOWELL’s ultrasonic flow transducer in the low temperature and high temperature environment of the receiving amplitude change is small, indicating that its electrical properties in the high and low temperature zero flow drift value is highly stable.
The maximum pressure resistance of the product is up to 4.8MPa, and it can work continuously under the environment of 2.5MPa for a long time to meet the needs of long building water use time, high peak water pressure and high pressure requirements.
High sensitivity, fast reaching the peak value and easier signal processing
AUDIOWELL’s ultrasonic flow transducer only needs 8 waves to reach the peak value and complete the vibration starting. Compared with other products with 12 waves to reach the peak value, the time of echo signal is shorter and the sensitivity is higher.

AUDIOWELL's ultrasonic flow transducer received the echo of the various peaks of the difference between the obvious, the difference between adjacent signal waves is greater than similar sensors, easy to identify different stages of the received signal waves, in the perception level to reduce the difficulty of signal processing, is conducive to simplifying the algorithms of the water meter measurement, in order to shorten the development and production cycle.
Small size, complied with the national drinking water standard
The installation diameter of 10mm, the volume is small and the processing accuracy is high, which can effectively reduce the installation error.
The resonant frequency of the product is 2110±30KHz, which can meet the requirements of the wide volume ratio water meter; the production materials have passes the drinking water standards of various countries, such as WRAS, ACS, KTW, etc., which is safe and hygienic.
High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer
High temperature ultrasonic flow transducer measure liquid flow rate by transmitting ultrasonic wave in the liquid medium. In addition to flow metering, it can also be used for liquid level measurement. The transducer housing is made of stainless steel, ceramic and other high-temperature-resistant materials, of which the ceramic housing of transducer is resistant to high temperatures up to 240 ℃.
