AUDIOWELL's new series of smart home applications will be unveiled at AWE!

The Appliance&electronics World Expo (AWE), hosted by China Household Electrical Appliances Association (CHEAA), is set to take place from March 14-17, 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. AUDIOWELL will bring its new series of smart home applications to the scene, in order to show the smart sensors and application solutions for a relaxed and luxurious lifestyle.

Crash Sensor

Crash Sensor is an intelligent obstacle avoidance and positioning sensor specially designed for sweeping robots. After the collision of the sweeping robot equipped withe this product, the piezoelectric vibrator inside the sensor produces deformation, which sends a signal to the intelligent control to know the position of the obstacle, improving the positioning accuracy of the whole machine in a the tiny range, and providing basic data of the path direction for the sweeping robot to "get out of the trap". The product can be hidden and assembled inside the shell of the sweeping robot to keeping the smooth and beautiful lines of the whole machine.

Piezoelectric Induction Sensor

Piezoelectric Induction Sensor is a smart sensor developed specifically for hoovers to achieve intelligent dust particle detection. When the hoover fitted with this product is switched on, dust is sucked inside the hoover, and the dust deforms the piezoelectric oscillator inside the sensor through the inverse piezoelectric effect. Combined with AI algorithms, it can calculate the particle size and density of the dust in the cleaning area from the degree of deformation of the piezoelectric oscillator. This technology provides the intelligent sensing foundation for hoover upgrades and iterations.

Ultrasonic Material recognition Sensor

The Material recognition Sensor uses ultrasonic waves to recognize different materials and is not affected by light or colour. It can distinguish different materials through the echo difference caused by different material's absorption ability of sound wave, and through the echo detection technology. In this way, the product can accurately distinguish between different materials such as carpets and floors for the purpose of dictating the sweeping robot to start the correct cleaning mode. This product enables the simultaneous use of both material recognition and cliff detection. It measures distance with millimetre accuracy and prevents robots from falling down steps. Not only can its ranging accuracy reach the millimetre level, preventing the robot from falling down the steps, but it can also help the robot upgrade its own internal structure and reduce the weight of the product to provide more room for improvement.

Ultrasonic Level sensors for water tank

Ultrasonic Level sensors for water tank monitors the height of the tank level in real time by transmitting ultrasonic waves and receiving the difference between the reflected echo times. The product is assembled in the base station of the sweeping robot, which can provide timely liquid level sensing guarantee for the robot's "no water warning", "sewage full tank", "insufficient water" and other situations.

Ultrasonic Underwater Ranging Sensor

Ultrasonic underwater ranging sensor based on the principle of underwater sonar technology, due to the inverse piezoelectric effect emits ultrasonic waves, when propagated in the water after encountering obstacles reflecting back, received by the sensor, its built-in circuitry for digital conversion of the received signal, and through the MCU according to the principle of the TOF calculated obstacle distance.

The solution meets the requirements of food-grade applications and integrates three major modules of distance detection, humidity sensing, adaptive adjustment and atomizing components, which are adjusted by mutual correction to achieve intelligent humidification and prolonged freshness preservation function.
