AUDIOWELL Lead-Free Flow Sensor to Debut at ASIA WATER 2026, Empowering Sustainable Development in the Water Treatment Industry with Green Sensing Technology

2026-04-04 Exhibition

As the global water treatment industry continues to demand higher environmental friendliness, accuracy, and reliability in metering, the application of new material technologies has become a key driver of industry innovation. AUDIOWELL’s self-developed leadfree piezoelectric ceramic flow sensor will be officially exhibited at ASIA WATER 2026, held from April 7 to 9, 2026, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Malaysia. With its core made of environmentally friendly piezoelectric ceramic material completely free of lead, this product offers an innovative solution that combines high precision with ecological sustainability for clean liquid flow measurement.

Breakthrough Lead-Free Material Technology Sets a New Standard for Environmental Compliance

Conventional piezoelectric ceramic sensors often use lead-based materials and rely on “lead exemption clauses” to pass environmental regulations. AUDIOWELL’s self-developed lead-free piezoelectric ceramic flow sensor eliminates the use of lead at the source. Its materials and processes fully comply with stringent international environmental standards such as the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulation. The sensor does not cause any contamination when in contact with clean liquids such as water, making it particularly suitable for highly sensitive applications including water quality monitoring, drinking water treatment, and pharmaceutical production. It provides the water treatment industry with a truly safe and reliable “green sensing device”.

High Precision, Fast Response, and Non Intrusive Accurate Metering

Based on ultrasonic measurement principles, AUDIOWELL’s lead-free flow sensor calculates flow rate by detecting fluid velocity. With no moving parts, the measurement process generates no vortices, does not disturb the fluid flow state, and results in extremely low pressure loss. Combined with the high resolution and fast response of a highquality UFC (Ultrasonic Flow metering Core), this solution delivers stable, precise real-time flow data under various operating conditions, fully meeting diverse highaccuracy metering requirements ranging from industrial process control to smart water management.

Reliable Performance in Extreme Environments, Reducing Lifecycle Costs

The sensor has passed rigorous reliability validation, maintaining excellent performance at temperatures as low as –20°C, as high as 90°C, and under pressures up to 4.8 MPa, while also adapting to extreme working conditions such as strong vibration. Thanks to its outstanding weather resistance and high reliability, the measurement solution based on lead-free ceramic flow sensors significantly reduces maintenance frequency and operating costs. Moreover, the efficient drive of the UFC further optimizes system energy consumption, delivering long-term cost benefits to customers.
